About the Role
Grampians Health are seeking an innovative Speech Pathology Clinical Educator to join our growing Allied Health Education team on a permanent part-time basis. The role will focus on developing and coordinating best practice education opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the current and future Speech Pathology workforce in the region.
Key Responsibilities
The Speech Pathology Clinical Educator will work with the Allied Health Education team to:
Identify learning and training needs of the Speech Pathology departmen- t Develop best practice structured learning curriculum to meet the needs of the current and future Speech Pathology workforc
- e Undertake research and quality improvement processes to contribute to best practice allied health education across Grampians Healt
- h Lead the education portfolio within the Speech Pathology disciplin

Skills & Experience
Meet the Grampians Health Allied Health Credentialing requirements for a Speech Pathologist including meeting Speech Pathology Australia’s Certification Program requirement- s Experience in the healthcare sector in education deliver
