We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands on Duty Manager to join our leadership team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Club, ensuring our high standards of service, safety, and compliance are upheld. You’ll be a visible leader on the floor, supporting and guiding staff, responding to patron needs, and working closely with senior management to deliver seamless operations across all areas of the Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Club.
- Direct and manage team members duties and performance.
- Monitor and manage service delivery, compliance, and incident response inclusive of team members, patrons & contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Club policies and relevant legislation at all times.
- Handle patron enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
- Liaise with senior management to execute operational initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a management role in hospitality or licensed venues
- Current NSW RSA & ARCG accreditation
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Sound knowledge of club operations, customer service, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and confidence
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
