This role is a full-time permanent position based in our Bourke street office. This role will require regular travel to our Healesville property and other offsite working events.
A day in the life
As part of our Club Events team you’ll be providing Members with the opportunity to connect with the RACV Club and other Members through unique experiences. You’ll be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering events and activities that excite our Club Members, ensuring they gain the best value from their membership.

As part of your day-to-day, you’ll develop an understanding of Club Member wants, needs and expectations and use this to identify improvements in Club offerings, events and communications. You’ll have frequent facetime with our Members, and you’ll need to be flexible to attend events outside of business hours.
You will be supported by your team and work closely with a broad range of internal departments.

We’re looking for…
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with others
- A team player who displays initiative and a positive mindset
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- The ability to resolve and diffuse member complaints
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience within a membership or loyalty environment desirable
- Understanding of hospitality sector desirable
- The ability to work outside of office hours inluding evenings and weekends, as determined by each event.
- Acess to a vehicle and hold a current Victorian drivers licence
