Club Services Manager – Full-Time | Regis Nedlands & Woodlands, WA
The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Club Services Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting our homes in Regis Nedlands and Regis Woodlands, WA. In this key role, you will lead the delivery of our Club Services, acting as the main point of contact for residents and their families. As the ‘concierge’ of our community, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience by coordinating high-quality, personalised service across all touchpoints.

How you will make an impact as a Club Services Manager
As the Club Services Manager, you will play a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service across our Nedlands and Woodlands homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the full delivery of Club Services commitments to ensure a consistently high standard of resident and family experience.
- Acting as a central liaison, working closely with lifestyle, clinical, catering, maintenance, administration, and support teams to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members to foster a welcoming and responsive environment.
- Managing enquiries and leading the resident admissions process, including conducting tours, providing follow-up communication, and supporting the final move-in and onboarding experience.
- Promoting the facility’s services through strong communication, engagement, and a proactive approach to customer care.
- Taking ownership of customer touchpoints, ensuring residents and families have a single, reliable point of contact.

What you will bring to the role
- Lead the Welcome Experience: Manage all aspects of the resident welcome process, including handling enquiries, conducting facility tours, facilitating the sales process, coordinating admissions, and supporting resident orientation.
- Be the Face of Club Services: Represent the "Regis Club Services" with warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
- Support Residents & Families: Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day queries from residents and their families, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Deliver on Club Services Commitments: Oversee the daily delivery and continuous improvement of Club Services standards to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Administration & Budget Oversight: Manage administrative tasks and support the Club Services budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal teams across the organisation, including clinical, lifestyle, catering, administration, and support services, to ensure seamless service delivery.
