Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Operator to join our world-class manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge CNC technology in the marine industry, contributing to the production of high-quality boat components that meet the exacting standards our customers expect.
The successful candidate will operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision components for our range of fibreglass boats. Put kits together, work with our store and have storeman duties.

Key Responsibilities: Operate, and maintain CNC milling and turning machines
*Load raw materials (plastics, composites) into machine according to specifications *Calibrate machine settings and monitor operations throughout production cycles *Ensure all machined components meet precise dimensional specifications and tolerances *Conduct quality control inspections *Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process *Carry out storeman duties *Put kits together *Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and protocols *Proven experience operating a CNC machine *Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality *Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities *Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment *Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
