ABOUT THE JOB
- Coordinating and processing of invoices in a timely manner for the commercial team for the Consumer Products Division
- Update and maintain the sales sell out data to ensure relevancy to the audit requirements.
- Run regular reporting to help track invoicing progress and identify & problem-solve any road blocks
- Review and address any issues that may arise to help future proof the process.
- Supporting and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Ad hoc support of the commercial team where required
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience within a fast-paced co-ordination role is essential
- Highly organised by nature and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive approach to ensure everything is completed and processed in a timely manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel is a must
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to the changing conditions of the role
