The Opportunity
The Commercial Finance Business Partner role is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support growth and delivery of efficiencies in our core Education Partnership business unit across Australia and the UK. The primary purpose of this role is to be the trusted commercial partner for business stakeholders and executive team members in delivering to our strategic partnerships’ objectives.
The role will encompass business partnering, financial modelling/analysis and working collaboratively with the broader business stakeholders and broader finance team on a number of initiatives. The acquired deep knowledge on commercial performance will also support the monthly forecast and annual business planning process.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a high performing team and also autonomously manage own workload
- Strong financial and business development modelling skills (advanced MS Excel skills)
- Ability to think creatively and apply different problem solving and modelling techniques
- Ability to work in a fluid environment and manage competing priorities
- Experience of developing long term plans and business cases
- Possess a growth mindset and love for finding solutions to business problems
- Experience in a Professional Services environment, particularly Transaction Services (preferred)
- PowerBI skillset (preferred)
- Undergraduate degree (ideally Finance/Accounting/Commerce) and either part or fully qualified CA or CPA
- 5+ years' experience in commercial finance business partnering role or equivalent
