Salary/ Hourly rate: Depending on qualifications and experience plus 12% superannuation plus casual loading.
About the Role:
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Worker to join our team.
The Community Care Worker will provide a range of quality services aimed at providing support and assistance to frail older people, people with a disability and their carers so that they can maintain their skills, independence, social connection and quality of life within their home and community.
What we are looking for:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support, Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, Diploma of Nursing, Allied Health Assistant, Health Care Worker qualifications or equivalent.
- Commitment to enhancing the quality of life of frail aged people, people with disabilities and their carers.
- Demonstrated ability to empower clients to participate in decision making and activity planning.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly encouraged.
