Description:
About the role
As a Community Service Worker, you will provide practical, emotional, and administrative support to women in our Supported Accommodation Service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork, and building capacity in others.
Deliver client support, from crisis response to independent living skill-building.
Assist with daily household tasks, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
Provide admin support including record keeping, handovers, and referrals.
Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients.

Skills and Experiences:
About you
You will have:
Experience working with women experiencing disadvantage, trauma, or mental health challenges.
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach.
Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
Willingness to complete training in Mental Health First Aid, Child Safe Environments, and Food Safety.
You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
