Key Responsibilities:
· Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and collaborating with them to design and implement tailored community programs
· Providing direct support, guidance, and access to necessary resources for individuals and families to help them overcome challenges.
· Establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with government agencies, non-government organizations, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
· Developing and delivering community education programs aimed at raising public awareness about important social issues and available services.
· Actively advocating for social justice, promoting equal access to services, and working to improve the overall quality of life for community members.
· Regularly monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of community programs and services, using feedback and data to make informed improvements.
· Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records in accordance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
· Offering crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and counseling to individuals and families in urgent or distressing situations.
· Facilitating support groups, organizing community meetings, and encouraging active participation to foster a sense of community and mutual support.
· Developing and nurturing partnerships with other community organizations, creating networks that enhance service delivery and resource sharing.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma In the absence of formal qualifications, 3 years of work experience in similar position will suffice.
