Join Our Team as a Direct Care Attendant (Community) – Support Independent Living with Compassion
Are you passionate about helping people remain independent in their own homes? We’re looking for a dedicated Direct Care Attendant (Community) to provide practical support and make a positive impact on the lives of older or disabled community members.
About the Role:
The Direct Care Attendant (Community) assists in delivering direct client services to individuals who are aged, frail, or living with a disability and wish to remain in their own homes. Reporting to the Coordinator, you will work closely with Community Health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
- Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
