YOUR NEXT ROLE

Reporting to the Site Leader the Compliance and Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist’s mission is to lead and support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, training frameworks and operational processes to ensure compliance, enhance capability, and drive a culture of excellence.

This role champions safe work practices, competency development, and quality assurance to deliver consistent and optimised outcomes for the site and broader business.

Support site leaders, operations, and technical teams to embed change, ensuring improvements are understood, adopted, and sustained. Approach all work with a ‘be of service’ mindset to foster strong relationships and smooth implementation of upgrades, changes, or adaptations.
Lead the creation and delivery of training and assessment tools, making sure onboarding, upskilling, and re-certification are clear, practical, and meet site needs.
Oversee quality systems to ensure products meet required standards. Monitor and report on quality to support safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Support and drive site-based improvement projects that boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve how we work.
Help build and roll out clear, consistent processes and systems that support standardisation and share best practice across the site and wider business.
Set up and manage reports that track training, quality, and improvement efforts—using this data to guide decisions and keep the business moving forward.
ABOUT YOU

Demonstrated Technical/Quality experience (with a minimum of 2-5 years experience)
Experience leading and influencing teams to deliver operational objectives and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of site operations and manufacturing processes, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proven ability to analyse and interpret data, with solid mathematical skills (fractions, ratios, proportions).
Exposure to Statistical Process Control and change management practices.
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or willingness to obtain.
Tertiary qualifications in management or operations (desirable).
