What’s the role? 


The Mortgage Operations team is on an exciting transformational journey focusing on customer - centric service delivery and simplifying processes through the One Best Way program. As a Senior Business Analyst in the Continuous Improvement team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving business practices across all business units within Mortgage Operations.


You will be leading business analysis tasks in projects and programs using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and business process management. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Westpac Group to identify improvement opportunities, develop targeted solutions, and deliver innovative outcomes.


What do I need? 


•    4 – 6 years of experience in business process improvement, implementing LEAN methodologies data analysis, and business case preparation within Financial Services.
•    Experience co-ordinating, leading and coaching team members to deliver multiteam projects on time.
•    Demonstrated experience managing multiple business process re-engineering or transformation projects.
•    Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively, facilitating workshops, and managing relationships to drive and influence project success.
•    Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner for non-technical audiences.
•    Strong Data Analytics skills, advanced level in Excel (essential). Also, must have a basic understanding of data systems (i.e. PowerBi)
