The Role
Our Smithfield site in Western Sydney, manufactures a range of more than 60 fruit juice, fruit drink and water ice products. The site currently manufactures approximately 110 million litres of finished goods every year including The Juice Brothers, Daily Juice, Mildura and Zooper Dooper.
We’re looking for a passionate Continuous Improvement Analyst to help shape a culture of excellence at our Smithfield site. You’ll work hands-on with teams across all levels—coaching, collaborating, and embedding Lean principles while supporting the rollout of the Bega Excellence Operating System (BEX). If you love driving change, empowering people, and making things better every day, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Coach and support teams in Lean tools and continuous improvement practices
Facilitate workshops, Tier meetings, and project sessions to embed Bega Excellence
Maintain capability records, training materials, and improvement trackers
Conduct regular audits and share insights to celebrate progress and identify opportunities
Collaborate across departments to build confidence, capability, and momentum
About you
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement (FMCG preferred)
Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to help others grow
