We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Repair Technician to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of Macs, PCs and accessories
- Repair and service a variety of devices, including laptops, desktops, and accessories.
- Manage parts inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
- Update job tickets, charges, and details regularly to maintain accurate records.
- Keep workstations, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist with front-of-house duties, including checking in repairs and triaging as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls and emails related to service inquiries and job status updates.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
