Expert Hearing Care is a market leader in the growing retail hearing health sector. We are actively fighting against the stigma that surrounds hearing health and wish to promote the idea that hearing checks are simple, quick and easy. This position is a unique mix of retail, sales and health and is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated and driven by purpose.
Alongside our passionate team in the Mandurah store, you will:
- Lead from the front as you start conversations about hearing health with potential customers to drive new leads
- Assist customers through the hearing screening process, from start to finish. This includes completing the initial hearing check, explaining the results, and advising on the next steps of the process
- Support the Store Manager by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
Skills and Experience:
You will need to have:
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly and have genuine conversations
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable with lead generation
- A naturally empathetic nature, making you capable of having sensitive conversations with customers about their hearing health
- An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging with customers on a daily basis
- A passion for face-to-face customer conversations and engagement
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $22.53 – $32.18 per hour
