We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused individual to take on the role of Automotive Service Concierge. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding service and love working with people both in person and over the phone – this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
As the welcoming face and voice of our busy service department, you’ll ensure every customer receives a friendly, professional, and efficient experience from start to finish. Whether greeting guests on-site or handling calls, you’ll help maintain a smooth flow in the service area and support our team in delivering top-level care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information and updates to customers over the phone and in person
- Schedule service bookings and confirm appointments
- Coordinate courtesy vehicles, shuttle services, and valet where required
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain a tidy and comfortable customer lounge area
- Support service advisors and technicians with administrative tasks
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception (automotive experience a plus)
- Clear and professional phone manner – being great over the phone is a must!
- Confident communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
- A current driver’s licence (manual preferred but not essential)
