At Westfield Booragoon, we’re seeking a Concierge Attendant who is dedicated to providing outstanding service and enhancing every customer’s visit.

As the friendly face of our centre, you’ll create memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
• Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
• Welcoming customers at the concierge desk and understanding their needs.
• Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
• Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online enquiries.

This casual position works across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. It’s perfect for someone looking for extra shifts to fit around other work or study commitments, while enjoying a fun and supportive team environment.

• Friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with people from all walks of life.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hotel, or guest services).
• Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, with a focus on Thursday nights and weekends.
