Job Description
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering seamless and memorable events. This role involves coordinating conferences and events from confirmation through to post-event follow-up, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will manage event documentation, liaise with internal stakeholders and clients, support event operations, and assist with walk-in enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end event planning and coordination
Preparing event orders and communication plans
Liaising across departments and with clients
Supporting promotional activities and lead qualification
Maintaining client databases and producing correspondence
Conducting site inspections, briefings, and follow-ups
Selling hotel services and identifying new business opportunities
Weekend and evening shifts may be required. Ideal for someone with strong organisation, communication, and customer service skills in the hospitality or events industry.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar Conference & Events role within a luxury hotel or 5-star hospitality environmentProven track record of successfully planning and coordinating events from enquiry to execution
Strong working knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar events management software)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and client-focused manner
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences with meticulous attention to detail
Confidence in selling and upselling hotel services
