As a Construction and Site Assessment (SAT) Technical Specialist , you will serve as the subject matter expert for end-to-end construction and SAT processes. You will lead change management, documentation, and training efforts for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring process compliance and continuous improvement.

This role acts as the technical point of contact for issue resolution and system-related changes, including IDEAL and MITS. You will oversee auditing activities, verify handover documentation for ICF Dark Fibre, and drive successful rollout of new products. Maintaining and controlling all process documentation, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and system integrity across construction and SAT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the construction and SAT end-to-end process including all change management, documentation and training (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Drives continuous improvement and compliance to standards across the construction and SAT processes
  • Provides technical/problem solving support and point of contact for fault/issue escalation
  • Leads SAT/construction process for application changes I.e. IDEAL, MITS
  • Leads all required auditing activities for Handover Documents, As-Builts etc
  • Leads ICF Dark Fibre handover document verification activities
  • Leads SAT/construction process for new product rollouts
  • Maintains and controls all SAT/construction process documents
  • Report on project deliverables against project plan, escalating unanticipated variations for approval.
  • Manage project stakeholders by regular reporting and ensure that they are regularly informed of project progress to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure that the projects are professionally managed to align with internationally recognised standards for both external clients and internal business unit stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end construction and SAT processes, including field operations and technical standards.
  • Ability to manage, maintain, and improve construction workflows, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
  • Skilled in leading process changes and system updates, with a focus on minimizing disruption and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Acts as a key contact for issue escalation, providing effective resolution and technical support across construction and SAT functions.
  • Experience in conducting audits of handover documents, As-Builts, and ICF Dark Fibre verification, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Ability to lead construction and SAT processes for new product launches, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement, progress reporting, and alignment with recognized standards.
  • Capable of translating technical processes into clear documentation and training materials for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and delivery specialist.
