Our regional Contact Centre, located on Queen Street in Campbelltown, is currently seeking a Contact Centre Agent to join the team.
This role is a permanent full time position working Monday - Friday, with rotating eight-hour shifts between 7:15am-5:15pm.
Role Overview:
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients in a fast-paced environment where every day offers new challenges. You'll be part of a positive, supportive team culture, with the opportunity for future hybrid work-from-home options as you grow within the role. Your responsibilities will include
- Answering phone calls for bookings for the Greater Western Sydney region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities to book appointments and manage call flow.
Confidence multitasking across screens and systems in a fast-paced environment.
A strong background in customer service or call centre.
Prior experience in medical reception is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training in radiology and our systems will be provided.
