About the Role: Contact Centre Pre-Sales Consultant (Australia-based)
We're seeking a people-focused, results-driven sales professional to join our Contact Centre team.
Responsible for the customer satisfaction of inbound calls and the telephone communication of web-based quote request enquiries with the view to qualification of the call, the securing of a pre-move inspection, quotation and follow up to a point of closing the sale and handing over to Operations for execution.
