What you will do:
Pitch your tent right in the middle of digital action! Spend about 70% of your time as our content ranger—crafting, building, and publishing standout website content across our 50+ parks and resorts. From landing pages to blogs and everything in between, you’ll use our headless CMS (Contentful) to keep our digital campsites sparkling, optimise for SEO, support A/B testing, and help the team keep things running smoother than a lakeside morning.
The other 30%? You’ll be our community camp host—engaging with guests online, monitoring and responding to reviews with warmth and wit, and tuning in to the buzz across social and review platforms. With ReviewPro and a toolkit of AI helpers, you’ll make sure every guest feels heard and every digital campfire conversation stays on-brand and personal.
What you will bring
- Experience managing reviews, engaging communities, or keeping social reputations sparkling (ReviewPro experience a bonus!).
- The gift of the gab and the knack for storytelling—balancing tone, brand, and clarity with ease.
- Confidence working in a CMS (ideally Contentful, but any headless CMS will do).
- Tools of the trade: GSC, Bing Webmaster Tools, SemRush, and A/B testing tools like VWO.
- A compass for SEO best practices.
- The ability to juggle priorities and pivot like a pro when the weather (or campaign) changes.
- A love for experimenting with new tools—especially if they’re AI-powered and help you work smarter, not harder.
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to roll up your sleeves for all things content.
