About the role
Reporting to CFO and General Manager of Corporate Services, this fixed-term opportunity will see you play a key role in enhancing procurement and contract management across the organisation. You will review and uplift frameworks, policies, and practices, ensuring our approach is consistent, compliant, and adds value. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting a culture of capability, accountability and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Lead an end-to-end review of procurement and contract management frameworks
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement updated policies, tools and templates
- Provide expert advice and practical support to stakeholders across sourcing and contract activities
- Deliver training and resources to uplift business-wide procurement capability
- Recommend and support improvements to procurement systems and workflows
What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of government procurement frameworks and best practices
- Experience leading procurement and contract management improvements in a regulated setting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and training delivery skills
- Analytical and project management capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
