1x Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week (across a Monday – Sunday bandwidth)
Salary: $100,417.46 to $110,031.86 + super

- Completion of degree or Post Graduate level adult education and/or library and information studies, conferring eligibility for associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA)
- Experience in a range of roles at a supervisory level within public libraries. Including supervision of professional staff and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to activate libraries with innovative and community inclusive programming.
- Experience in producing communication for a wide range of audiences and formats.
- Experience in ensuring quality standards for programs, resolving issues, reviewing processes and measuring outcomes.
- Experience in devising and implementing new programs, including need analysis, resource planning and communication.
- Experience in identifying and evaluating training needs of staff and developing and implementing training programs for staff
- Class C Drivers Licence
