About The Role
Is to monitor & collect amounts as they fall due on behalf of the Company in relation to the supply of goods and services to assist in the management of the Company’s receivables.
Uphold and maintain corporate credit policies and communicate same to internal & external Customers.
Review Customer Payment performance in line with Electrolux Local & Global policy, and Credit Insurance policies, including Electrolux Risk Management Module process. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects and play a key role in driving our integration into SAP.
What You'll Do
Your everyday work duties can vary considerably, there are some activities that you will usually do, they include:
Keep track of assigned accounts to identify Customer’s who are outside payment terms.
Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
Contact customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
Ensure that assigned accounts are maintained within the company required guidelines.
Create trusted relationships with key Customers when possible to avoid future issues and to ensure that Customer’s operate within the trading terms provided by the company
Update the billing and accounting systems with activity and account status regularly.
Assist with SAP integration project to ensure process improvements are implemented satisfactorily
