We’re seeking a strategic and delivery-focused leader to join our Global Markets team as the Crew Lead for Risk & Regulatory Intelligence . This is a senior leadership role in Global Markets Crews Domain where you’ll shape and execute the roadmap across OTC trade reporting, market risk reporting (REx), post-trade data infrastructure and workflow automation.
You’ll lead a cross-functional crew at the heart of regulatory excellence—modernising post-trade workflows, strengthening compliance, and driving innovation through AI and automation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define and deliver the crew’s vision across regulatory reporting, REx, and post-trade data .
Lead the development of scalable, auditable platforms and tools that reduce operational risk and automate manual workflows.
Oversee multiple agile squads and manage a team of 5+ product owners, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
Partner with Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to align delivery and ensure adherence to global OTC regulatory regimes (e.g., EMIR, CFTC, MAS, HKMA).
Drive AI/ML initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, exception handling, and data analysis.
Own crew-level governance, performance metrics, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a confident communicator and strategic thinker with:
5–10 years’ experience in product management or transformation roles within financial services.
Deep knowledge of OTC derivatives, regulatory frameworks, and risk processes.
A proven track record leading agile squads and delivering cross-functional outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for simplification and automation.
Experience with AI tools and a background in engineering or certifications like FRM, CFA, or Agile (preferred).
