Job Information:
We are seeking an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to lead a virtual "Expatriate cultural program"Program Details:
- Sessions will happen on October 21st 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm
- Groups between 15 and 20 people
- Location: To be determined
- Format: In-person/face-to-face
- Trainer should be dynamic and go through intercultural collaboration and awareness as well as virtual collaboration. The client's global footprint is getting bigger, so they want to learn about cultural challenges and how to avoid misunderstandings.
- Participants with different nationalities (Europe - Germany, Hungary, Belgium, France - USA, Brazil, China, India)
- Cultures to be focused on: USA, China, Brazil, Germany
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
- To have a degree or certification in intercultural communication, cultural psychology, sociology, cultural education, diplomacy, cultural, instructional design, writing, or a related field
- To have a minimum of two years of cultural training experience
