Exciting opportunities for qualified civil construction design trainer to join our academic team.
This is a part-time/ casual/ contractor position with a possibility of a full-time opportunity in due course for the suitable candidate.
Key Requirements:
- Assist students with the transition to life and study in a new environment.
- Facilitating engaging and highest quality training for our learners.
- Assessing learner competence.
- Taking part in validation and moderation sessions as required.
- Assist in continuous improvement and development of the RTO resources.
- Maintain VET and industry currency at all times.
- Perform duties in an ethical and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date about changes in ESOS framework.
Ongoing training, supports and career development opportunities will also be provided to suitable candidate/s.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications Requirements:
- Must have relevant vocational qualification (i.e. Adv Dip of Civil Construction Design or higher);
- Must have recent (in the last 3 years) industry experiences in training field;
- Must have TAE40116/TAE40122 or higher qualification;
- Must have evidence of recent VET and Industry PD activities; and
- Legal Australian work rights.
Desirable Skills and Qualities:
- Working experiences with International students are preferred; and
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
