We’re looking for a CT Metering Officer to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service within Jemena’s Electricity Network. This is more than a technical role—it's an opportunity to empower customer journeys, strengthen partnerships, and bring care and precision to everything you do.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end CT metering connection process, ensuring every touchpoint—from customer request to completion—is handled with professionalism and a people-first mindset. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers through their New Supply, Increase Supply, and Alteration requests for CT metering connections
- Collaborating closely with the Zinfra JNS team, building strong partnerships to monitor project pipelines
- Navigating the Electricity Distribution (ED) regulatory environment with clarity and confidence
- Acting as a key connector between our team and external stakeholders, including customers and our contestable metering partner.
- Providing thoughtful, solutions-focused responses to any escalations
- Continuously looking for ways to enhance operational flow and customer satisfaction
You bring a unique mix of technical capability, industry insight, and a people-focused approach. Your ability to work across teams, stay detail-oriented, and communicate effectively makes you someone others trust to get things done—right and on time.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A strong working knowledge of SAP
- Experience using the JEN portal and understanding its functions
- Confidence in navigating the CIC & Connections process end-to-end
- Experience in the utilities industry—with the ability to interpret both technical and regulatory requirements
- A commitment to applying industry standards with integrity and care
