The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager – Cairns and based in Cairns, the Customer Account Manager will be responsible for managing a variety of customer accounts to ensure VAE Group is meeting all contractual requirements and delivering our promise of "Built in Certainty" to customers. Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Lead and provide technical support to a team of Mechanical Service Technicians
  • Achieves revenue, GM$ and EBIT budget associated with Branch
  • Assist in the coaching and developing of staff
  • Identify potential opportunities & trends for improvement and growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer’s satisfaction
