As a Customer Care Advisor at Pillow Talk, you will be accountable for listening to and supporting every customer you engage with, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touch point.
A bit about you...
- Experience working in a customer-centric online or call centre environment, with proven exposure to inbound and outbound activity
- Shows commitment to every customer and makes a conscious effort to improve their Pillow Talk experience
- Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
Articulate communication, who applies positive and influential language and tone to all their communication
A great team player, who will anticipate the broader needs of the team and willingly step up to support
