As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be part of a broader team that provide support to our customers. You will contribute to success by assisting customers with queries while being proactive to problem solve with overall satisfaction being an important goal.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at our Blackwoods Regency Park, SA.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assist with general customer queries (via phone and email) and ensure overall satisfaction
- Action any administrative tasks related to the Customer Care role
- Strive for first contact resolution and deliver on relevant service level objectives
What you'll bring to the team:
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a small team
- Exposure to Microsoft Office suite
- A proactive mindset to anticipate and problem solve
