THE OPPORTUNITY


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce and Retail Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our omnichannel marketing and e-commerce strategies across all applicable business units. Your primary goal will be to drive online market share and retail sales value growth across our food and beverage categories.


A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce contacts across the Woolworths Group, ensuring comprehensive coverage across the retailer ecosystem.
  • Position Nestle as the preferred supplier e-commerce partner, leading test and learn initiatives and implementing improved digital ways of working.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, aligning Nestle's priorities with those of our customers.
  • Lead negotiations with customers on all e-commerce and customer marketing initiatives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and define Nestle's strategy across various digital platforms, including B2B, B2C, marketplace, quick commerce, and loyalty card programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure flawless execution of digital initiatives, working closely with retailer media teams and leveraging customer insights to drive customer-specific activities.
  • Manage trade spend effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and evaluation of promotional activities.
  • Coach and develop direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL


  • Minimum of 6 years of commercial experience, preferably with at least 1 year in an e-commerce or digitally focused role.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and e-commerce trends.
  • Knowledge of core business processes, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer planning.
  • Familiarity with integrated commercial planning processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and deliver against financial targets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
