About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time Customer Operations Administrator to join our team at Stapylton. In this essential role, you'll provide administrative support, process customer orders, and help deliver outstanding customer service, working closely with our commercial and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and process customer orders
Maintain up-to-date customer records and order data
Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery timeframes (SLAs)
Proactively advise customers on delivery updates or changes
Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
Support the Customer Operations Supervisor with admin tasks

What We're Looking For:
Friendly and confident communicator
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
Organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle tasks
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
Previous experience in admin or customer service (ideal but not essential)
A team player who brings a positive attitude to work
