Active Audiology is hiring a reliable, capable admin professional to support our Balwyn clinic. Your work will help people reconnect with life through better hearing.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage bookings
- Make follow-up calls to schedule check-ups and reviews
- Handle emails, reminders, and patient communication
- Process Medicare and Government claims
- Coordinate with audiologists and support clinic operations
- Maintain patient records, billing, and aid orders
