The Role:
Customer-focused Yard Amin - IMMIDATE START - Fixed-term contract covering Parental Leave – 6 months
Your responsibilities will include:
- Timely, competant and professional customer service
- Completion of payments in accordance with customer trading terms
- Accurate record keeping in line with company requirements
- Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
- Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
- Demonstrating a high focus on safety and commitment to EHS policies and procedures.
Essential Criteria:
- High level of customer service
- Previous experience handling accounts and invoicing
- Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Reliable and efficient team player
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
Desirable criteria:
- Cash management experience
- Experience in Weighbridge roles or similar position
- Knowledge and experience with SAP programs
