At Rogue Royalty, leaders in premium canine accessories, and RogueRaw, Australia’s largest raw food specialist, we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and physically capable Customer Service Professional to join our growing team.
This is not your average pet shop—we’re all about quality, education, and results. We want someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, takes pride in their work, and brings positive energy and professionalism to the table every day.
About the Role
Shifts: Monday to Friday 4 hour to 8 hour shifts available. Ideal for parents who need school hours flexibility, university students or anyone wanting to get involved in the booming canine training or online industry.
As a key member of our customer service team, you’ll:
- Connect with Customers: Deliver caring, helpful service across email, in-store, phone, and social media platforms. You’ll advise on raw feeding nutrition and our premium canine product range.
- Maintain Our Showroom: Take charge of daily open/close routines and keep our space clean, organised, fully stocked, and customer-ready.
- Manage Orders & Admin: Handle POS systems, emails, and online orders with speed and accuracy.
- Assist with Stock Control: Support inventory management, participate in stocktakes, and help keep the warehouse and back-of-house running smoothly.
- Update Our Online Store: Upload and update products on our website (Shopify), including images, descriptions, and availability.
- Support Business Growth: As part of a small, fast-paced team, you’ll jump in where needed—no two days are the same.

- Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office, email, Shopify (or similar platforms), and basic image/file handling.
