We are currently offering a great opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join our stable and high performing Customer Service team in Darra QLD 4076.
About the opportunity:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager, your role will provide support to our broad network of Independent Customers. Duties include:
- Ensuring prompt and accurate processing of customer orders
- Handling customer calls, account queries, pricing requests and product enquiries
- Resolving supply issues
- Liaising with Supplier and stakeholder
- Actioning credits
- Other Ad Hoc administration duties

About You:
- You will have experience in providing excellent customer service and problem solving
- Have experience or a passion for the agricultural industry
- You will be a self-motivated person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships with the ability to follow through and “get the job done” in a fast-paced environment
- You will be keen to learn all aspects of your role and our business
- Previous experience using the SAP ERP and online portal systems will be highly regarded
