Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our front-line services, including handling enquiries at the Switchboard and Enquiries Desk, responding to emergency calls, and coordinating messages and paging with care and precision.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives every day. You'll thrive in a dynamic hospital setting where your ability to communicate clearly, act calmly under pressure, and follow established procedures will be highly valued. If you’re someone who takes pride in providing a confidential and customer-focused service, and you're ready to contribute to a high-performing and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
