The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that manages customer inquiries, processes orders, and ensures seamless order fulfillment. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting business operations through efficient communication and problem-solving.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role with clear structure and opportunity to grow. Weekend availability is mandatory, and following your initial training period, you will be placed on a rotating 7-day roster, typically working 5 days per week including alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls, emails, and online orders.
- Accurately process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and order details in internal systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate availability or substitutions to customers.
- Work every alternate weekend as per the roster.
- Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
- Support with general office administration as required.
