Fieldpiece is hiring a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate for a new warehouse in Brendale. This is a unique role where you'll spend about half of your day providing exceptional customer service and the other half receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy and following up with customers on orders. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to develop into a sales or operations role. If you're mechanically minded, you may also test and/or conduct easy repairs.

This position requires being onsite every day from 8:00am-4:00pm.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Receive, stock, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Pack, label, and ship orders.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Utilize company software and systems to track orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and warehouse operations.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- One year of customer service experience preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations as well as picking, packing and shipping products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable using technology to enhance job performance.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs, as part of regular warehouse duties.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
