The Suncorp Agency in the Monto CBD are seeking a friendly and passionate Customer Service Agency Officer on a part-time basis to work approx. 34 hours per fortnight. The agency looks after all day-to-day personal and business banking transactions for the Monto and surrounding areas.
Please note - Moore Australia is handling the recruitment for this role, however the position will be working under the Suncorp operation.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Agency Officer in our team, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions in person or on the phone
Provide account services to customers by receiving deposits, issuing savings withdrawals, performing account maintenance and new account setups
Reconcile cash drawer by providing cash transactions, counting and packaging currency and coins
Maintain customer confidence and protect bank operations by keeping information confidential
About you:
Experienced in a similar customer service role, preferably within a banking environment
Customer service focused with great communication skills
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong MS Office Skills and confidence in dealing with computers
Experienced in using banking applications and databases (preferred but not essential)
