About the Role

As a Customer Settlement Officer in our Customer Settlement Operations Department, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers into their homes. Our Customer Settlement Officers are well trained mortgage industry professionals who are focussed on delivering exceptional customer outcomes that are both well managed and meet the needs of the customer. They are always aware of the need to follow not only internal policies but ANZ’s regulatory obligations. They are dedicated to supporting frontline lenders, brokers and helping customers on their home loan journey.

Roles are with our Customer Settlement team, processing settlement funding for Retail, Commercial and Small Business Purchase applications on the day of settlement. This role is predominantly conversation based via the PEXA Digital Settlement Platform and email communications with front line, this is not a call-based role.

What will your day look like?

As a Customer Settlement Officer, you are responsible for:
Post training & Ramp up period, ability to meet team outcome (Settlement Officer) & productivity targets.
Creating seamless, transparent settlement experiences for our customers and stakeholders
Maintaining a strong sign on time result
Strong focus on continuous improvement relating to business process.
