About your new team
Based in Brisbane, we’re growing fast and delivering advanced capability for the Australian Defence Force. Our paid 12 week Summer Internship Program within the Cyber Security Team runs from November to February and offers:
- Real projects, not coffee runs;
- Hands-on experience in your chosen field;
- Mentoring, feedback and career advice;
- Priority consideration for our Graduate Program; and
- Opportunities to stay on part-time while finishing your degree.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

The experience and skillset best suited to this opportunity include:
- Students in their final years of Criminology, Cybersecurity, Policing, Information Technology, and Computing degrees.
- You should be free to work full time between 24th November 2025 and 20th February 2026 with time off over Christmas.
- You need to hold or be eligible to hold an Australian Government Security Clearance (so should have Australian Citizenship).
