Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Deep Fryer Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for visiting client kitchens on a scheduled basis and performing thorough deep fryer cleanings. Your goal will be to ensure that each fryer is in pristine, like-new condition before the kitchen opens for business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Early Morning Cleanings: Arrive at client locations during early hours to perform cleaning tasks before kitchen operations begin. (10pm to 10am)
- Thorough Cleaning: Utilize specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to remove grease, grime, and build-up from deep fryers.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or requests.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including any observations or recommendations for clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work early hours and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and precision to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting service schedules.
