Job Description
At Montu, we’re transforming how products are delivered across our value streams. We’re looking for multiple Delivery Coordinators who thrives at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Design, and Delivery, ensuring every initiative moves from idea to release with clarity, momentum, and impact.
About The Role
As a Delivery Coordinator, you’ll report into the Delivery Lead and own the end-to-end delivery cycle for high-priority initiatives within your value streams. From shaping execution pathways through to milestone tracking, release readiness, and cross-functional coordination, you’ll make sure delivery isn’t just on time but aligned to outcomes that matter.
This role bridges strategic intent with tactical execution, ensuring Montu delivers with scale, transparency, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate the full delivery lifecycle: From roadmap prioritisation to milestone completion, ensuring momentum across value streams.
Manage release milestones: Own release planning and readiness, coordinating Demos, Acceptance Testing, Go/No-Go checkpoints, and Launch activities.
Keep delivery on track: Forecast progress, highlight risks, and provide structured updates to Delivery Leads, Portfolio Managers, and senior stakeholders.
Enable release readiness: Partner with Engineering, Design, CRM, and business teams to ensure every initiative is launch-ready.
Champion governance & transparency: Maintain clear tracking in Jira/Confluence, ensuring visibility of delivery pipelines, fix versions, and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement: Help refine delivery standards, improve release practices, and strengthen capability maturity across teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in delivery within Agile environments (product-led or regulated industries preferred).Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, release planning, and milestone tracking.
Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and delivery reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and dependencies.
Outcome-driven mindset — thinking in terms of milestones, impact, and value rather than just tasks.
