We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team as a subcontractor. This role involves performing courier runs within a defined route, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily courier runs from Granville to greater Westernsydney, Monday to Friday.
- Operate a provided van to deliver packages efficiently.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely delivery confirmation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Manage physical workload associated with package handling and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a courier environment.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
- Active Australian Business Number (ABN) is mandatory.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle a demanding workload.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Compensation and Terms:
- Fixed weekly rate of $1400.00.
- Van and fuel provided.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM start in Granville, finish approximately 4:00-5:00 PM in Denham court.
- 30-60 min unpaid reset time
- Job Type: Subcontract.
