Job Description
We’re now looking for a passionate Demi Chef to join our talented kitchen team at Mid Air, crafting dishes that excite, inspire, and keep our guests coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to Hyde’s standards
- Assisting senior chefs with menu creation, prep, and service execution
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every plate
- Bringing your own creative flair while staying true to our brand style
- Supporting junior team members and fostering a positive team culture
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Strong teamwork skills and a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
