What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Partner with lead dentists to oversee daily operations.
- Conduct staff inductions, provide training, and cultivate a high-performing, cohesive team.
- Support a positive, patient-centered culture.
Dental Assistance
- Assist dentists with holistic and dynamic dental procedures, ensuring quality care and patient comfort.
Scheduling & Operations Management
- Coordinate diaries, manage patient appointments, and oversee waitlists
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations through accurate patient record management.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Prepare reports, handle confidential information, and support project management.
- Oversee financial operations, including billing (Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, HICAPS, and private health insurance), budgeting, and payroll.
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to Travel: Joining our team means you will be part of Kings Family Dental Centre and Hawkesbury Dental Centre. Hence, we are looking for individuals who are capable of performing duties in both our practices.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a dental assistant or leadership role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to foster clear and effective communication.
- Organizational Expertise: Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Billing Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, HICAPS, and private health insurance (preferred but not essential).
